How We Met:

​In the summer of 2016, a young gentleman took a chance on a girl claiming to be Batman.  He invited her to meet at Salvation Taco, a swanky little Tex-Mex spot in the Murray Hill neighborhood of New York City.  The two hit it off right away and the date lasted over four hours.  A second date was planned for later that week. The rest is history.

What the two later discovered was that they used to admire each other from afar. Each one noticing the other from across the bar at Ron Blacks Beer Hall in White Plains. Clearly, they were meant to find each other, and spend a lifetime togther making happy memories.

Our Story

The Proposal:

On July 21st 2018, Jen and CJ went for a leisurely stroll through Vienna.  They came across the Belvedere Castle Gardens and decided to stop for a bite to eat.  After dining, they toured the grounds of the castle and enjoyed the impeccably manicured lawn.  They stopped in front of a beautiful fountain for a photo. CJ handed their camera to a young couple and asked if they would please do the honors. Before posing, CJ kissed Jen on the forehead, and before she new what was happening, CJ was down on one knee and pulling out a spectacular engagement ring. "Yes, Yes, Yes!" Jen exclaimed, before CJ could even utter the words "Will you marry me?"  The young couple taking the photo, as well as many other bystanders cheered and bestowed many well wishes on the newly engaged couple.  After the proposal, Jen and CJ went to the Vienna zoo. Followed by a visit to the Marionette theater with CJ's sister Liz, brother-in-law Adam, and nieces Téa and Talia. After the show, Jen, CJ and the girls entered a Garden labyrinth, were they got caught in the rain. The Radday crew went home, and CJ and Jen sought shelter in an Irish pub.  It was a perfect day.
